Anne's bag is TOTALLY done. I hate that these last ones too weeks to finally get here. So here are some pictures for you.
Her's was tall, and wide....not lines, and a long strap.
i did an inverted pleat.

inside has the usual pockets I've been doing. 3 on one side, and a chapstick on the opposite. All in fun matching fabrics!
ok, from the big pictures I don't know if you can tell that the fabrics match. I'm using my husbands MAC laptop and it doesn't have the picture editing program that I usually have- so when the lighting is not optimal (like it is in these pictures) I can adjust it from the comp. So I took an up-close-and personal pic so you can REALLY SEE THEY MATCH!
magnetic closure

I also made another bag for a family member's birthday. You will see some fabrics that I also used for Anne's bag.

Her bag was shorter, and a lot smaller than Annes' and it has TWO straps that are short.

BOTH bags have an inside pocket like this....key, pen, chapstick or whatever..

BOTH bags have a pocket on the outside

I did a "eurpean" style bag...in that the straps are sewn in differently.
